Cisneros the Only California Red to Blue Democrat Endorsed by Law Enforcement
Fullerton, Calif. – Today, Gil Cisneros, Fmr. Lieutenant Commander who is running for Congress in California’s 39th Congressional District, was endorsed by the California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations (CCLEA). The CCLEA is the state’s largest law enforcement organization and represents more than 45 police associations and 80,000 peace officers.
“The California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations trusts Gil Cisneros’s commitment to public safety and is proud to endorse his campaign,”said Brian Moriguchi, President of the CCLEA. “We know that Gil will be a strong partner to law enforcement and work to strengthen the relationship between our communities and first responders. We need representatives in Washington who will be independent leaders and reject the politics of division, and Gil will be a strong voice for public safety officers and the communities they serve.”
